php呼叫webservice失敗的解決辦法：1、去掉「;extension=php_soap.dll」前的分號並重新啟動apache；2、建立WSDL檔案並執行creatService.php檔案；3、關閉WSDL快取。

作為開發者來講，要想寫webservice介面或者呼叫別人的webservice介面，首先需要了解什麼是webservice。
簡單說, WebService就是一些站點開放一些服務出來, 也可以是你自己開發的Service, 也就是一些方法, 通過URL,指定某一個方法名,發出請求,站點裡的這個服務(方法),接到你的請求,根據傳過來的引數,做一些處理,然後把處理後的結果以XML形式返回來給你,你的程式就解析這些XML資料,然後顯示出來或做其它操作。
在開始編寫之前需要對php環境做一些設定：
開啟php安裝目錄下的php.ini檔案
找到 ;extension=php_soap.dll ，去掉前面的分號，儲存，然後重新啟動apache。
設定好環境就可以編寫php了，先建立creatService.php檔案，複製下面程式碼：

?>第一次執行creatService.php檔案時要建立wsdl檔案，建立WSDL檔案需要用到一個輔助類SoapDiscovery.class.php。在文章末尾可以得到。
建立完成之後便是測試呼叫，建立client.php檔案，複製以下程式碼：

如果不關閉快取，會造成測試無效，快取資料會擾亂測試準確性。
注意！如果是在thinkphp5中使用SoapClient函數應當如下使用：

使用https存取webservice的話會出現存取異常，博主就遇到這個問題的，本地建立和呼叫webservice都通過了，但是一放到線上就無法呼叫了，然後各種google、baidu。最後才發現線上的環境是http強制轉了https。
我的解決辦法是取消了http強制轉換https的功能：
找到httpd-vhost.conf，註釋掉一下程式碼：

## RewriteRule ^(.*) https://%{SERVER_NAME}$1 [L,R]註釋掉上面的程式碼後我發現我的網站不是https了，嗚嗚嗚~，真的是拆了東牆補西牆啊，趕緊想辦法，因為網站必須使用https才行，還好我使用的是thinkphp框架，找到了一個方法，在入口檔案index.php最下面加入下面的程式碼就行了：
